our journey
Rory Burkitt and Brad Bunin first crossed paths back in 2015 while working at rival IT staffing firms. At the time, both were both top producers, climbing what we thought was the right corporate mountain. But over the years, it became clear that while we were achieving success, we were also trapped by golden handcuffs—climbing hard but not toward the life we truly wanted. Our paths intersected again in 2020, when the parent company of Rory’s firm acquired Brad’s firm, turning us from competitors into colleagues.
As we worked side by side, we discovered that our passions and values were closely aligned. Beyond the numbers and corporate grind, we both shared a deep desire to empower people and create meaningful impact.
That journey led us into chiropractic clinics, where we set out to build an “employee-first culture.” We believe that when a team feels valued, fulfilled, and supported, they are able to serve patients at the highest level. Our vision is about more than running clinics—it’s about creating a culture where both patients and employees thrive. That’s the foundation of everything we’ve built together, and it continues to guide our mission forward.
The corporate world, however, wasn’t the right platform for that vision. By 2022, we made the decision to join forces—taking the skills that made us top performers in the corporate world and channeling them into building businesses of our own.
